What are the clairs?
Clairs are also soul senses, psychic senses, meta senses, internal senses- are the way we take in information. We learned about modes in the ‘Discover Which Spiritual Mode is Best For You’ course and are where the information comes from and the clairs are how we experience the mode.
Some clairs can easily be referenced as physical senses experienced in the imagination. There are many clairs that we use to interpret information but we will only focus on 3, which we’ll call the primary senses. They are easy to reference since they have a physical sense counterpart and will likely be the strongest, most efficient and effective way for you to gain trust and evidence in your imagination exploring the spiritual realm.
Experiences Building Understanding of Your Clairs
Now that you’ve experienced and documented an exercise, we are going to start connecting your experiences with soul senses or the clairs. During these explanations of three primary clairs, connect what you experienced in the meditation that seems to align with what you experienced.
Primary Clairs
Clairvoyance
Clear seeing. Physical counterpart- vision. Imagery: static pictures, movie, in-reality… but not. Variances and details build the evidence. This may be strong for you if you consider yourself a visual learner, artistic, crafty, or need to see things to understand how it works.
Clairaudience
Clear hearing; physical counterpart - auditory sound; Hear names, voices, songs; This may be a strong clair for you if you are an avid podcast listener, are always listening to music, or need to hear things explained in order to understand.
Claircognizance
Clear knowing; reference: thoughts; Drop into the mind as an understood concept w/o any seeming evidence; I wonder if this is information processing so quickly we don’t recognize how it’s received. Automatic download.
