Something else to consider as part of your process and include as an external tool are crystals and stones.

My story goes that for years I felt pretty skeptical about this materialistic spiritual merchandise. But, I’ve converted into believing that there is something to these rocks when I started working in a metaphysical shop that had a huge variety of stones and crystals. Once I started being around these objects, I started to understand the pull to them and science might have some info that could make you feel the same.

Oak Ridge National Laboratory of Tennessee, a U.S. multiprogram Science and Technology National lab sponsored by the US Department of Energy and Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, a UK national scientific research laboratory operated by the Science and Technology Facilities Council, conducted an experiment using aquamarine crystals bought at a gem show. The research conducted used one molecule of water dropped into the smallest, teeniest, tiniest channel in the stones. They then cooled the crystal. Their findings resulted in the discovery of a new property of water suggesting the crystal influenced movement in the water that had only been seen in smaller molecules. Crystals have some crazy influence here and considering our bodies are about 50 - 60% water, how crystals can influence our energy at a molecular level is worth considering. Science has already validated that properties of water change with the presence of crystals, such as water’s freezing point drops and the density of water changes. But this experiment gives us a closer look at the details involved which seem to share an influence that can certainly apply to the work of us ‘lightworkers’ as human beings.

There are many credible sources stating there is no science to back up healing effects of crystals but do state that they can work via the placebo effect.
