How To Meditate
The steps of meditating are really quite simple, primal. But, if you aren’t familiar with the procedure it may seem boring and a waste of time. Once you use it as a place to gain information or a state of being, meditation becomes a vital tool to help build stability and optimism in what seems to be a life responding to whatever is thrown at you. As Winston Churchill said - Life is one damn thing after another.
Meditation requires 3 main steps:
Be comfortable,
Shut off inner chatter and external noise (pay no attention to it),
and Vibe.
Some people use 3 deep breaths in and out to give a procedure and reign in focus. Others position the body in a specific pose. The references you’ve already built around meditation isn’t how you have to do it but, simplifying it to its essential components gives you an idea of the state you need to be in to get your intended result, which is witnessing messaging and having an undeniable soul ability experience.
