SHAME: felt when we violate the social norms we believe in. Shame is thought to be a personal negative trait that is the individual and not just a bad action on their part.

Now, emotions are energy no matter where they came from or what motivates them, like the ego. So, another way we can identify energetic conflict is to correlate this conflict in manifested ways beyond using our abilities. Since shame seems to come up quite a bit in our egoic barrier examples, let’s see the manifestations that can occur with an energetic vibration finely in tune with this particular emotion.

  • Mental and behavior instability (depression, anxiety, substance abuse or misuse, self harm, eating disorders)

  • Relationship issues (avoid relationships, avoid intimacy, infidelity, dishonesty, bullying)

  • High blood pressure

  • Stomach problems

  • Insomnia

  • Extremely overweight or extremely underweight.
