NextGEN Medium Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer
By purchasing NextGEN Medium products or services in the form of psychic/mediumship readings, spiritual consultation, development training appointments, spiritual life coaching, or meditation guiding, digital or physical products, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of goods or service.
Booking Appointments and Training Sessions
Schedule an in-person or online appointment by submitting your chosen appointment, date and time at the NextGEN medium website. Once submitted, Sarah will receive notification of your booking. If the appointment is an online session, a Zoom link will automatically be sent to your email. At the time of your appointment, click the Zoom link to get started with your appointment/session. If the appointment is an in-person appointment, meet at advertised location for date and time of appointment.
Booking Multi-session Programs
Schedule an in-person or online program by selecting the program on the NextGEN Medium website. 50% deposit of total program cost is required to hold scheduled dates for program. Remaining balance can be paid at time of first appointment or split evenly to be paid after each completed session.
Deposits
Any bookings over $50 require a non-refundable deposit. Following an appointment, the remainder of the appointment cost will be charged to the card on file or via other means as needed by client. Please make Sarah aware prior to the appointment or during the appointment if an alternative payment method is needed to pay remainder of amount due. Programs $800 and over require a non-refundable 50% deposit with the rest being billed as agreed upon by both parties prior to the start of development services.
Rescheduling
A client can reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time via after purchase email or by emailing Sarah at nextgenmedium@gmail.com or by submitting a contact form. Rescheduling appropriately moves acquired deposit to newly scheduled appointment date/time. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled with less than 24 hours prior of an appointment, the client must email nextgenmedium@gmail.com to inform Sarah Nickerson. If no communication transpires from the client within 7 days after an appointment, the client must wait 6 months to schedule a new appointment.
If NextGEN Medium needs to reschedule, you will be contacted and arrangements will be made to reschedule. Your deposit will be applied to the new agreed upon date and time. If a date/time cannot be agreed upon the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling an appointment forfeits deposit and customer must wait 6 months to reschedule any appointment with NextGEN Medium Sarah Nickerson. Exceptions to rescheduling sooner are made on an individual basis at the discretion of NextGEN Medium Sarah Nickerson.
Refunds
There are no refunds for service offerings such as psychic/medium reading sessions, meditation guiding sessions, spiritual life coach sessions, or soul ability development sessions. Refunds can not be made for digital products. Physical products will be 100% refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made on services for other services or events of like events of equal or lesser value.
Sessions
You must be 18 years or over to participate in a psychic reading.
If you are under any medical treatment for psychiatric issues that could impair your decision to engage in a psychic medium reading, NextGEN Medium reserves the right to evaluate and make a decision on whether the reading can continue.
Your appointment starts and ends at your allotted time. Occasionally, NextGEN Medium may need a few extra minutes to continue a reading, in which case the medium will make the client aware of this before the end of the scheduled appointment time to ensure this is acceptable with the client.
The client will take full responsibility, being of sound mind, for accepting or not accepting any guidance given, seership predictions and spirit communication.
All information is given for the client to use of their own free will.
All readings are given with 100% good and honest intent and in good faith. NextGEN Medium cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information given during the time of the reading or the website.
Mediumistic, Psychic or Intuitive Readings should not be used as a substitute for any professional, legal, financial, or medical or psychiatric advice or guidance.
NextGEN Medium cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information given during the time of the reading or the website.
For legal purposes, NextGEN Medium must add to the terms and conditions that to say that all readings are for entertainment purposes only.
Terminated Sessions
NextGEN Medium may terminate a reading or session if:
She feels a connection with a client has not been achieved.
She feels that the client is not psychologically responding positively and to carry on could cause harm to client.
If the client shows any aggressive or confrontational attitude.
Fee will be refunded if NextGEN Medium terminates a reading.
