We gain awareness when we stop inner processing of things of the past and things of the future.

It is our attention without blinders- an openness to what is here in this moment. You’ve been doing this course focused on the screen. Now, switch your awareness to everything in the room, everything you have been ignoring. Give everything your attention. This is awareness.

It happens outside of the body and more expansively so inside the body, mind, soul. Bring this attention to your internal community as you navigate- get the bigger picture and leave blinders and limitations in the physical world.
