What is this feeling of energy?

Taking a look at the subreddit r/energy_work for this question from u/Redhulk6_6_6:

Weird flow of energy inside my body!

Ever since I started meditating a few years ago, I feel like a channeled an energy, even when I was an extreme rookie, I perceived my self as being a light body inside a body and ever since, I'd get some small, quite pleasant burst of energy inside my body especially around the solar plexus area before spreading down the rest of the body and i've always wondering what was it. Sometimes if happens on its own but some other times I can make it happen. It feels like the last moments of an orgasm but compressed into one zone (solar plexus) before spreading. Dont know if my message is clear but I did my best cause even myself I had a hard time understanding or describing this. Hope you'll help me clear this up.
