How do I get rid of bad/negative energy?

All my life I feel like someone has put a negative spell on me. It’s just been this weird feeling I’ve always had. I went to a psychic not too long ago (u can believe them if u want) but she didn’t even have to look at her tarot cards to tell me she senses there is a negative energy/black cloud around me and she thinks someone has done black magic on me. I don’t necessarily believe her but it reassures my feelings of that. HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS BAD JUJU
