Releasing energy

Whenever I’m speaking to people I get energy that gets stuck in my chakras. Typically how I release it is by pacing if I’m talking on the phone, or thinking or sitting I’ll be moving. But if I’m speaking to someone in person the energy gets stuck in my chakras and it hurts. What is a good technique to do to release all of the built up energy from the convo?
