Chakra energy probs
Looking at the subreddit of r/energy_work we've got an interesting question about chakras. Now, I'm no chakra expert but, there is something here that I would ask the op . Here's the question and post from Reddit:
Whenever I’m speaking to people I get energy that gets stuck in my chakras. Typically how I release it is by pacing if I’m talking on the phone, or thinking or sitting I’ll be moving. But if I’m speaking to someone in person the energy gets stuck in my chakras and it hurts. What is a good technique to do to release all of the built up energy from the convo?
