The 3 Selves class was created to help understand your current insecurities, why they are there, and what to pay attention to within in order to find personal freedom.  If you find struggles in your love life, are dissatisfied with your career, or find yourself with financial insecurities, this class can provide an alternative perspective to move forward in a new way, with internal tools we are born with. The class material focuses on considering the many selves that motivate us, their missions, and understanding that we have a partner in ourselves that helps us achieve contentment and self-security within our autonomy. 

Expect a 2-hour lecture-style class. Please bring a notebook and something to write with. Expect to sign a waiver that allows for filming of the lecture.
